Great Journey
This coaching approach is best for general and/or personal transitions. I accompany you on this journey through 10 to 12 coaching sessions (60 to 75 minutes per session) that can be structured as follows;

An introductory session to fine tune your objective and expected results

5 sessions of self-exploration allowing you to find out who you are, what your interests are, values, fears, needs, beliefs, talents and strengths

5 sessions to define your SMART objective together with a strategy and solid plan of action to achieve it

Professional Transition
You want to change your career. I accompany you on this journey through 12 - 14 sessions (60 to 75 minutes per session) that can be structured as follows

An introductory session to fine tune your objective and expected results

4 sessions of self-exploration allowing you to find out who you are, your professional values, your needs, personal/professional life balance, beliefs and fears

5-6 sessions to take stock of your professional life and aspirations exploring your interests, qualities, strengths and challenges, skills and ideal work environment
