  • I look at your challenges and strengths. If necessary, I help you to increase your self-confidence and self-esteem, to improve your emotional intelligence and your communication skills.

  • I do not provide you with clear-cut answers but help you find them yourself with proven techniques and tools.

  • I anticipate obstacles and guide you to discover solutions.  I empower you.

  • At the end of our collaboration, you have a solid action plan to implement and to achieve what you really want.

We will determine together what the best coaching approach is for you. We  make mutual commitments and, when necessary, adjust along the way. We are in this together.

Here are the coaching approaches I propose. However, at all times, I remain flexible to adapt to YOUR needs.

Great Journey

This coaching approach is best for general and/or personal transitions. I accompany you on this journey through 10 to 12 coaching sessions (60 to 75 minutes per session) that can be structured as follows;

  • An introductory session to fine tune your objective and expected results 

  • 5 sessions of self-exploration allowing you to find out who you are, what your interests are, values, fears, needs, beliefs, talents and strengths 

  • 5 sessions to define your SMART objective together with a strategy and solid plan of action to achieve it 

  • Homework in between sessions

  • A follow-up session

Professional Transition

You want to change your career. I accompany you on this journey through 12 - 14 sessions (60 to 75 minutes per session) that can be structured as follows

  • An introductory session to fine tune your objective and expected results 

  • 4 sessions of self-exploration allowing you to find out who you are, your professional values, your needs, personal/professional life balance, beliefs and fears 

  • 5-6 sessions to take stock of your professional life and aspirations exploring your interests, qualities, strengths and challenges, skills and ideal work environment 

  • 3 sessions to define a strategy and a plan of action to achieve your career objective 

  • Homework in between sessions

 

Flash Journey

If you are facing a particular challenge and/or you need to make a decision soon, and you just need some structure and a professional to bounce off ideas and clarify some doubts you have, we can also organise just a couple of sessions.
